How to Use
Consult the Climate Mental Health Network’s website for freely accessible educational resources. Notable among these resources, the Climate Emotions Wheel, along with its accompaniment A Guide To Climate Emotions, may provide an engaging and thought-provoking activity in a wide range of contexts important to community partners. For example, you may use these tools:
- for a team-building exercise among community science project leaders and/or participants, with an ultimate goal of building capacity towards collective social transformation;
- for a hands-on activity for internal staff gatherings or public workshops to cultivate holistic conversations around environmental topics; and/or,
- embedded within programming that more generally explores the cross-section of emotions and scientific endeavors, in particular with STEAM and/or youth groups. See also Creative Arts Therapies.
